About WorkIntel Hub
WorkIntel Hub is an independent publication about how work actually happens. We cover employee productivity, time tracking, time management, and employee monitoring, written for the managers, team leads, and business owners who have to make decisions about all four and then live with the consequences.
Who we are
WorkIntel Hub is written and edited by Pavan, editor of the site. Every statistic is checked against its primary source before publication, and every statute is linked to the official text.
Legal and statistics pages carry a "reviewed by" line once an outside reviewer has checked them. Where that line is absent, the page has been checked against the primary source by the editor only.
What we cover
Four subjects, covered end to end rather than dipped into. Productivity, meaning how work converts into results and how to measure that without resorting to surveillance. Time tracking, meaning how to record where hours go in a way a team will actually support. Time management, meaning the individual habits that survive a real calendar. And employee monitoring, meaning what a company may collect, what it should refuse to collect, and what US law expects before anything is switched on.
Who this is for
People with responsibility and limited authority. Most workplace advice is written for executives who control budget, headcount, and policy. We write for the line manager who controls none of those and still owns the outcome, and we say plainly when a problem sits above their pay grade and needs escalating rather than absorbing.
How we work
Our standards are written down in full and we hold ourselves to them in public. The short version is that every statistic on this site traces to a named primary source with a stated sample and date, we do not publish figures we cannot verify, and no placement here can be bought. The long version, including how corrections are handled, is in our editorial policy.
What independent means here
We take no payment for coverage, run no affiliate links, and accept no sponsored posts. When a tool is named it is because naming it helps the reader. If that ever changes, the disclosure will appear at the top of the affected page, before the content, not buried in a footer.
Our editorial principles
- Practical over theoretical. Every guide ends with something you can do this week.
- Measurement with consent. We do not recommend anything we would resent as an employee.
- Vendor-neutral. Tools get named when they help, not because they paid.
- Plain language. No jargon walls, no filler, no long warm-up before the answer.
- Honest limits. Every recommendation says where it fails and who should ignore it.

Corrections, questions, and story suggestions all go to info@workintelhub.com. If you think something here is wrong, that is the fastest way to get it fixed, and we would rather hear it from you than leave it standing. More detail on what to expect is on the contact page.
