Corrections
This is the one we most want to hear about. If a figure, a date, a legal description, or a claim on this site is wrong, send the page address and what is incorrect. If you can point to the primary source, better still. How we handle corrections, including when a dated note goes on the page, is set out in our editorial policy.
Questions about an article
If something is unclear, or you want to know where a number came from, ask. Questions that come up more than once usually end up answered inside the article itself, which is a better outcome for everyone than a private reply.
Story suggestions
Tell us the decision you are stuck on rather than the keyword you would like covered. The most useful suggestions we get describe a real situation: what you were asked to measure, what you could not measure, and what you did instead.
Writing for us
We are open to contributions from people who manage teams and can write about it honestly, including the parts that did not work. Send a short outline rather than a finished draft, and say what first-hand experience the piece draws on. We do not publish guest posts placed on behalf of a company, and we do not accept posts carrying paid links.
Vendors and PR
We take no payment for coverage and run no affiliate links, so there is nothing to buy here. If you are correcting something we wrote about your product, that goes in the corrections pile above and we will treat it seriously and quickly. Pitches offering payment, link placement, or sponsored content will not get a reply.
What to expect
WorkIntel Hub is a small independent publication, not a support desk. Corrections are looked at first. Everything else is read, and we answer what we usefully can.
