Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of workintelhub.com. Using the site means you accept them. Questions go to info@workintelhub.com.
What we publish
WorkIntel Hub publishes editorial articles about employee productivity, time tracking, time management, and employee monitoring. The content is general in nature and written for a wide audience. It cannot account for your specific team, contract, industry, or jurisdiction.
Not legal, medical, or professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Employment, privacy, and workplace monitoring law differ by country and by state and change over time. Where we describe a legal requirement we name the law and tell you to confirm the position with qualified counsel in your own jurisdiction before acting on it.
Nothing here is medical advice. Our articles on burnout describe patterns visible in workload records. They do not diagnose anyone, and they say repeatedly that the correct response to a concern about someone's health is a conversation and a change to the work, not a performance process.
Accuracy and limits
We take accuracy seriously and set out how in our editorial policy. Even so, articles reflect the sources and the law as they stood when written, and both move. We make no warranty that everything here is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose, and decisions you make about your own team remain yours.
Using our content
The writing, images, and page designs on this site belong to WorkIntel Hub unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract for commentary, teaching, or reporting, provided you attribute it to WorkIntel Hub and link to the page you took it from.
Republishing whole articles, or reproducing substantial parts of them without permission, is not allowed. Neither is presenting our work as your own. For anything beyond a short quote, ask us first.
Third-party sources and links
We cite research and legal sources published by other organizations and link to them so you can check our work. Those organizations are not affiliated with us and we do not control what they publish. Statistics remain the property of whoever produced them and we cite them as theirs.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to the systems behind it, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers. Normal reading, linking, and sharing are all fine and actively encouraged.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
